CAD Tooling Design Engineer 1 Position

Qualifications

  • Male age 25 years up
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher
  • At least 5 years dedicated working experience in the field of tooling design for the automotive industry
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken, Thai/German favorable
  • Knowledge about ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, VDA standards, APQP, PPAP
  • Knowledge of automotive development tools like D-FMEA, Control Plans, 7QC tools, TQM, SPC, etc.
  • Expert Knowledge of CATIA V5, MS Windows, MS Office
  • Good team player and comfortable working within an international environment

Position: HR Manager (HRM/HRD/HRBP)

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for running the overall HR management system and maintain the system.
  2. Managing HRD/HRM policies, Training plans, Recruitment, Evaluation and strategies in order to improve employee knowledge skill
  3. Ensuring that HR functions are well defined, documented, communicated, and executed across all
  4. Analysis the training needs of individuals department, closely cooperating with manager lines to define appropriate training courses and development activities; providing training and development activities

Qualification:

  3. At least 10 years experiences as HRM & HRD as HR Manager role in manufacturing environment and dealing with the total number of employees over 300 staffs up
  4. Logical thinking and Problem-solving skill
  5. Strong knowledge in HRD, HRM, fundamental safety knowledge
  6. Experience in managing Labor union would be advantage

Project Leader (Tool) 1 Position

Position: Senior Lean/Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Description:

  • Improve manufacturing operations by reducing waste and product defects
  • Design and monitor operating mechanisms to ensure the adequacy and efficiency of production processes.
  • Supports the development, implementation of the plant Lean Strategy in alignment with COPEx Roadmap
  • Coaches and Mentors Production Leaders and COPEx Team and develop the Lean/Process Excellence training plan
  • Develop COPEx Standards through coaching/mentoring Production Leaders and support COPEx/Kaizen Events/Workshops.
  • Leads and Facilitates Team Leaders training and development.
  • Supports total Process Excellence in facilities by training and deploying Lean tools such as Standardized Work, J-I-M, SMED, Problem Solving, Flow, Kanban, Implementation, TPM, Visual Management, 5S, and Process design.
  • Measures Local results (Lean Savings, Project Accomplishments) and provides Management reporting and communication.
  • Reviews a company's manufacturing activities and provides recommendations to reduce tooling cost and improve setup times, material flows and cycle times
  • Analyzes manufacturing data or process information, monitors surroundings or materials, makes decisions and solves complex problems.
  • Identify non-value added activities and redesign the manufacturing process to eliminate these non-value added activities.
  • Seek to minimize inventory, cycle time, system complexity, and unnecessary processing steps
  • Focused on eliminating non-value added activities, reducing wasted effort, delays, and defects
  • Responsible for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing system and coordinate with cross functional team
  • Conduct and review the manufacturing process to improve material flow, Standard work, JIT, VSM
  • Set up Work Place Organization, 5S and Visual control in plant
  • Report and update the progress of Lean Manufacturing implementation to Senior Production Manager and Operations Director
  • Train/Educate for Lean principle and tools to others in the organization.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering or Related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience to implement Lean/TPS and Kaizen
  • Good communicate in English both written and spoken
  • Certified Lean Master and/or Six Sigma Black Belt would be advantage
  • Leadership, communication, coaching and training skills is a must

Position : Senior Safety Officer

Job Description :

  • To support plan and conduct audit and advice employer to comply with safety, health and environment rule and regulations.
  • To proceed on safety activity to provide safety, health and environment to employers
  • Setting up yearly occupational health and safety plan with employee to employer suggestion policy.
  • To support manage general management concerning Safety,Quality System & man power control including yearly section plan
  • Demonstrate and train the employee to work safety and help employer to enforce safety, health and environment work rules.
  • Responsible for control education and training schedule for all level of employee as set schedule
  • Perform Professional safety duties as per required by safety law.
  • Analyses and investigate the causes of accident and make a report with suggesting resolution to site manager and follow up the corrective action.
  • Promote safety culture by conduct safety activities to enhance associates’ knowledge and awareness.
  • Organize and facilitate safety committee meeting and send minute of meeting to governance.
  • Provide safety equipment and personal protective equipment for all associates best on specific risk of each task.
  • Involve for incident investigation process to find out the root cause and set preventive action and analyze site safety statistic trend.
  • Check and track documents MSDS.

Qualification:

  • Male/Female Aged 30 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety with a license of safety officer at professional level.
  • 8 years experience in Safety Management
  • Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 , ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Good command in English and computer skills
